Will Young has admitted he is a fan of John and Edward, who caused controversy this week by evading the boot from X Factor against favourite Lucie Jones.
“I’ve slightly become obsessed with John and Edward,” Will says in our video before adding, “I mean if there were a doll, I’d buy the doll. Dare I say I just want them to be on TV forever? It’s just the strangest, weirdest… I don’t even know what I feel emotionally when I watch them.”
But joking aside, Will says that he wants Jo McElderry to win.
“I always thought he was a bit of a dark horse. So he’s still my dark horse, because he’s doing really good performances, but not getting embroiled in the whole hype.”
Talking about the video for his latest song Hope And Fears, in which Will appears pregnant, the singer said, “No one would look at me for the first couple of hours because I was a pregnant man and I think people found that quite disturbing. But then it sort of became normalised, and I found myself rubbing my tummy.”
