As someone who works on catwalk shows and shoots around the world on a regular basis, Miranda Kerr is a bit of a pro when it comes to travelling.

She's already mastered what to pack on a flight, and now she's shared her tips for how to get over that pesky jet lag.

If you were hoping for some secret beauty product to make you look like Miranda, you'll be disappointed, because the model relies entirely on nature. That's right, nature.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel told Lucky magazine: "When I get off the airplane I try to get a little bit of sunshine on my eyes and my face and I put my feet in the grass because I find it re-energises my whole body, just putting my feet in the grass for 5 minutes, it's very grounding."

Miranda also explains that drinking lots of water during the flight is essential to fight jet lag.
