The famously opulent villa where Fashion designer Versace lived and was tragically murdered was sold at auction last year after struggling to find a buyer.
The Kardashian/Jenner clan have all been hanging out at the house to celebrate the opening of the new DASH boutique on Collins Avenue.
Casa Casuarina (better known as Versace Mansion) in South Beach was the most expensive house on the property market when it was first put up for sale in 2012.
The villa spans 23,000 square feet of living space, hidden off Miami Beach's iconic Ocean Drive. The 10 bedroom, 11 bathroom estate also boasts an observatory, sweeping staircases and a 54 foot-long pool lined with 24 karat gold.
It was the famous last residence of Gianni Versace, who bought it in 1992. After spending $33 million on restoring the run-down mansion (including adding the gold pool and a 6,100-square-foot south wing), Versace was shot to death on the doorstep of his home in 1997 by serial killer Andrew Cunanan.
Built in 1930, the last owners purchased the property from Versace's heirs in 2000 for $19 million and restored all of the designer's extravagant touches. However they ran into legal difficulties and put it up for auction last year, selling it for $41.5 million (£26m). It was then reopened as a hotel by the new owners. Not too shabby.
