Today there are more than just comic book characters with the label ‘Super\' and right now your fridge is probably full of them - yes superfoods! Jam packed with vitamins, antioxidants and minerals these foods are a New Year must!
But how can we get them into our beauty regime too? We take a peek outside the fridge and pick some of our favourite products containing some superfood ingredients for an instant pick-me-up with, you\'ve guessed it, some super results...
