A friend of the model has claimed that she failed to report the alleged rape to the police at the time as she was too afraid of her attacker. Jordan told of her rape last week when she defended boyfriend Alex Reid’s role in a film that included a rape scene.
She said of the incident: “It was years ago, before I was with Pete [ex husband Peter Andre], and my friends and family knew about it at the time.”
In response to questions why she didn’t report the attack, she said: “I don’t ever want to go down that road. I don’t ever want to talk about it again.”
However, Jordan yesterday phoned The Wright Stuff TV show to discuss her revelation after hearing the panel talk about her claims.
She told host Matthew Wright: “I haven’t just come out and said I got raped, I was sticking up for Alex.”
“I would never do something like that for sympathy. I think it’s really out of order to say I would do it for sympathy.”
Jordan, 31, real name Katie Price, again emphasised the fact that the alleged attack “happened absolutely years ago”, and insisted she would “never name the person that did it.”
