Here Danilo answers your hair questions:

I want full and luscious locks - what do you recommend for getting a thicker head of hair? Is there a certain style I can try, or way that I can blow-dry it to make it appear fuller? How about any products for gaining thicker hair, are there any you can recommend?
The best cut for creating the impression of fuller hair is a layered style - long layers will provide more texture and movement which gives the appearance of volume and I would recommend using a round brush rather than a paddle brush when you blow dry to maximise a layered style. I would also recommend a care regime designed to provide light weight conditioning such as the Pantene Pro V Volume & Body Shampoo and Conditioner and to really boost volume flip you hair upside down spray Pantene Pro V Enhanced Layers Hairspray  and then flip your hair back - instant volume! I have long fine hair and it tends to look quite limp the day after I wash it. I'd rather not was it every day if I can help it! How can I make my blow dry last longer?
I'm a big fan of dry shampoo or if you don't have any - a tip I sometimes use is to gently pat on a little translucent powder to help fine hair look less limp the day after washing. Also make sure you're using the right shampoo and conditioner and if you do use styling products try a lightweight leave in spray such as Pantene Pro V Ice Shine Heat Defense Spray which is designed not to overwhelm hair, rather than a heavier serum or cream based product.

 

I have short thick hair - gets a bit bouffy sometimes. How can I tone it down and keep it a bit flatter?
You can achieve a lot with the right cut and this is something you should speak to your stylist about but in terms of styling a leave in cream such as Smooth & Sleek Comb in Crème will be ideal. My advice - create the style you want when your hair is wet. Apply the leave in crème and a mist of hair spray and then comb into place, while your hair is still wet wrap a silk scarf around your head and let it dry in that position - this will help it to stay flatter once it dries.

 

 

What wedding hair styles are good for mid-length hair and how soon before the wedding should you have your trial if you're trying to grow it?
My advice would be to book your first hair trial as soon as you've decided on the dress and the veil. It's important to consider the whole picture when thinking of wedding styles - the dress, the flowers, the make up, even the location - the style you choose for a beach wedding may be different from a style you might choose for a city wedding. Whatever length your hair and whatever style your wedding I think your wedding day is the time to pull your hair back and show your face. Also don't rule out hair enhancement solutions such as extensions, sets, or the classic chignon
