Hi Katy  Hooray that you've 'met' a guy that you like, that's exciting. I think keep chatting to him online and get to know him some more as a friend first and then arrange a meet up a bit later down the line if you still fancy doing so. I think people can build a rapport over online chat and messages so you probably will get a good idea of him as a person but I agree with the others who say meeting up is a good idea too. Sometimes when you meet someone in person, you either think 'phwoar' or 'cute but only as a mate' so it'd be good to see if you have a frisson between you. Keep us posted. P x |

Yep, someone advised me on here that it's best to meet up sooner rather than later and I'd have to agree - it's the best way to get a full picture on someone. If he's not ready for something and on the rebound now, he probably will still be whether you meet up with him next week or next month, so you may as well find out before you get too invested in him..

we have agreed to meet this saturday and gonna go see a film, so even if i decide hes really not my type and its not something i want to persue then i know at an earlier stage, and if i do like him i will then decide whether anything will happen and pace of dating to take. |

That sounds promising, KA, nice one! He sounds like he ticks some of the boxes: sweet, good looking. Did you have lots to chat about and things in common? Have you made arrangements for another date?

yeh we had a good talk, there was alot of chemistry. We have arranged to meet up friday evening, dont know where to go though. Bless him though he sent me a text this mornnig saying he likes me and thought i was pretty. awww soo sweet. |
