Hi guys,

I will probably end up taking her to the vet, I just wondered if anyone else has had the same experience.  About a month ago we took her to my parents to be looked after as they usually do every year while we were on holiday.  She loves it there and goes out and about, even has a friend she will go and find straight away when shes let out.  One day, however she went missing for 17 hours (never has she been gone that long).  She came back though but was meeowing differently.
On our return from hol she was still meeowing funny, but seemed fine, for the first few days we were back.  She has been a bit more lethargic recently (is it the heat?) and last weekend she bought a bird in 2 nights in a row.  Which is REALLY unlike her - it's been about 2 years!!  Now, the reason i am up so early is I woke up at 6 to find she had "pooed" on the carpet in the hallway (where she normally leaves the birds).  I have never had to train her to use the litter tray or go outside, her toilet manor is outstanding.  So why has she done this?!  Everything else seems fine.

It's her birthday tomorrow and I just hope she is ok.  The bird thing, ok fine, that's natural.  But tied in with everything else I am not sure if she is trying to tell us something.

Any ideas greatly appreciated

Tam and Ronnie the cat

Hi LittleMadam
How is Ronnie getting on? Did you get to the bottom of her funny miaowing?
Hope all is well now!
