Does anyone know how to get the clock, calendar and to-do list down the right hand screen of the desktop when using Vista?

On the bottom right, where the clock normally is, there is a little icon of a monitor screen with a red and yellow dot - if you hover over it it's called 'windows sidebar'. I think its something to do with that!
