Hi,

I heard M&S were really bad in measuring.

To be honest i got fitted in the house of Fraser and  she did not use a tape measure.
IT was all done by eye and fit.

I find bra measuring pointless as they always put me at one size under what I actually am, and I also find that different makes and brands can come up in completely different sizes.

Example: couldn't fit into a 34D in La Senza (too tight round the back and couldn't squeeze my bosoms into the cups either!); went to M&S and a 34D was a perfect fit in most bras I tried, but I needed a 34DD or 36D in others.

I tend to try a range of makes in a range of sizes to get the best fit. As a guide, a well-fitting bra should fit snugly on the loosest fitting, there should be no gaping on the cup, but it also shouldn't cut into the breast (giving the effect of having 4 breasts side-on lol).

If you're in London, go into Rigby and Peller. As far as I know, they'll measure you for free and if they're good enough for the Queen then they're good enough for me!

Oh, yeah Marks and Sparks are terrible - I got measured in the one in Preston a while ago and the lady measured me at a different size to the one I am, and then proceeded to tell me that what I already had on looked fine. Divvy.
