Woo - managed to lose 1.5lb this week, quite surprised as was expecting another STS or worse. I haven't been tracking that well but must have been doing something right!

Another 9.5lbs to lose by Xmas to get to my Xmas target weight - 9 weeks to do it in =)

x

I'M BACK

*grovel grovel*

My name is Doitagain and I'm desperately trying to get my Weight Watchers mojo back!

I've been lax the whole of October ... and what a  long month it's been ... I managed to lose my WW recipe folder I'd put together with all the meals I've been eating since I started and it's kinda been like Samson losing his hair :-(

BUT ....

I'm back with avengence ... got on the scales yesterday and I've put on 3lb over the past 4 weeks and I started again .. back on the wagon this morning!!!  I've planned my meals, done my shopping accordingly  AND more importantly, started back tracking!!!

Am I forgiven K_B?

I want to get off 12 lbs before Xmas .. not very do-able but I'm setting the target anyhoo lol   I see the Xmas dresses are all in the shops and although I'm down nearly 2 sizes since Apr/May .... it's still not enough to look slinky and sexy :-(

So here's to Xmas success

Jx

Welcome back DIA - you've been missed! I was starting to think you'd barricaded yourself in the pub with the landlord never to be seen again...

It sounds like your October was like my August - sounds like you enjoyed it and thats the main thing. Onwards and upwards and it sounds like your back on the wagon with avengence - the 3lb will be gone in no time!

How much are you aiming to lose before your at your final goal?
I've still got 2 1/2stone to go in total and aiming to lose 8.5lb by Xmas - 12lb is a lot to go but you may get there. I've found that after a break from dieting, your body tends to respond better so you might get a welcome kick start!

Really good to see you back DIA - I didn't like the prospect of going it alone...good luck with your first week back on track - hope you find your recipe book!

Aww shucks .... now I feel even worse ..... but I'm definiately back now!

Still not found my recipe book .. it has to be somewhere dammit ... my son is home from the army today for a  few says YAY ... and he gets to meet the Landlord *eek* so I feel there may be some drinking done at the weekend (since they are all staying at mine lol)

I also need to up my exercise (how's that side going  for you K-B?) since I burst a  blood vessel in my hand 3 weeks ago and the swelling and bruising are only just going down .. so I haven't been to my exercise class for nearly 3 weeks ... and get this ...... I had an email from my instructor the other day, asking whether I was ok since she hadn't seen me for a little while  (that's how exercise dedicated I've been lol ... the instructor missed me WOW)

So it's looking like it's just you and me chucky ... you seem to have carried on doing exceptionally well even with your August blip ... good on ya!

Mr total goal is to be 9 st 10 and I'm currently at 10st 12 ... you would think I would be even more dedicated with the goal in sight having lost nearly 2 stone already ... but it's a double edged sword, once  clothes start fitting again and you can see a  difference you kinda feel you're almost there so cheating a  bit won't be a  problem .. but in reality it is a  problem and before you know it you're back to square one.  I'd love to be 10 st by Xmas but equally I'd be happy losing 6lbs :-)

Hope your having a lovely weekend with your son and the Landlord =)

My swimming has taken a back seat the last few weeks, making myself go again on Tuesday I think...

I can't believe your so close to your goal - that's fantastic
I want to be 13st by Xmas so 8.5lb still to go - think it might be close with only 7 weeks to go before the big day. Beginning of Dec I'm going to go Xmas dress shopping!

How did you bust your hand? Hope it's healing well.x

No WI for me today, went to my meeting but the leader was off sick.

It could be a blessing if I'm truthful, not been very good this last week - a few too many drinks...luckily I have a couple of blank trackers from the weeks I haven't bothered so I've started tracking again.

I'm out for a meal and drinks on Sat night so trying to save up some naughty points to compensate. I've saved 2 points today, which is pretty lucky as I've just looked up TGI's menu in the Eat Out book - going to have to be strict with myself...I wonder if they do a kids menu

How've you been getting on DIA? Have you found your recipe book yet?x

A few days late reporting but had my WI on Monday and STS. Pretty happy with that as I think the week before was awful.

I tracked all week like a good-un and despite going out for dinner on Sat still had 8 points saved by Monday. This week hasn't been so great, a few too many pints last night and haven't really been tracking but definitely tomorrow (that elusive tomorrow!)

DIA - where have you gone? How has your first week back on the WW wagon been?x
