I just can't believe someone would pay 93 a week to feed one person! :faint: I pay less than that to feed my family and we eat a wide variety of food, especially myself, who is losing weight at the moment and eating a constant supply of food.

I also have a genuine question. If you admit to being too lazy to do this now, how do you propose to keep the weight off once you have lost it?
If you've lost your faith in love and music, the end won't be long...

Actually I can see one positive to this - if the food is already prepared for you, you are not there picking at food whilst you are cooking it - that is always my downfall!

Bet they do not do a veggie one though!

I don't like the task of having to research every meal I am going to eat and always worrying about counting calories, I also don't like eating the same foods day in and day out :boohoo:

Ive tried many plans and Ive always failed to lose weight and feel good at the same time, why should i punish my body to lose weight by eating cabbage soups or drinking shakes

Were all have failed though Bodychef has come to my aid I love the food and its very tasty and no counting calories or preparation is needed so I would rather pay the extra money and receive the full eating plan that will help me lose weight.

You may think its expensive but you don't know the quality of service you receive, so im extremely happy with my progress and hope to hit my target weight soon.

There is a vegetarian plan, my friend is on it and she is chuffed with the food :)

Where has anyone said that you should?

Just incase you missed it, I'll post it again:

Is any diet permanent?

The key to me going on this diet plan is to lose weight over a short period of time and retrain my eating habits, its also going to give me the motivation I so desperately needed to kickstart my weight loss and start eating healthy again.

[FONT=Arial]Does it really matter? Yes, it's expensive and yes it is lazy, but I think there is an educational point to this. The OP will get to eat lots of new healthy foods that she might not have previously considered, she'll learn normal portion sizes and just new ideas for meals.

It might not be the cheapest option, or even the best option but as long as Laura takes something away from it she'll be fine. Plenty of celebrities have diet meals prepared for them, it's no different and at least it's not faddy.

Good luck, and I hope you have every success :)

But that is my point. If you are too lazy to prepare your own healthy meals, how are you going to manage once your "diet" is finished?

Are you hoping that by following this it will motivate you to try and make and prepare your own healthy meals?

Matter in what way? The OP posted recommending a diet plan, I am asking questions about it. Is that not the point of a discussion forum?

Perhaps you should read JAG's thread on Fitness for ideas of what constitutes a healthy diet. There is also a healthy recipe sticky on Slimming that you could use.

I don't see that this is sustainable unless you really have more money than sense. 93 pw is 4836 per year - which means you'd roughly have to earn over 7200 per year just to eat, before any other bills! Once you are off the plan, what next, like JAG says? This won't teach you good habits if it's the "lazy option". If you read sensible advice, rather than trying every fad diet under the sun, it doesn't take much effort to learn and once you've learnt it, you don't need to re-learn it, if you like.

It takes a good 3 weeks to embed new habits. Put some effort into it and you'll save yourself a blinking fortune.
