Been on the Bodychef Premier Diet plan for 2 weeks now, lost 9 lbs.

The diet proportions are nice and big and keep me going all day.

It doesn't even feel like I am on a diet the food is all fresh and very tasting.

It is 93 a week but that only works out to 13 a day. It includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, desert and all the sides and condiments.

Id recommend the plan to anyone i have referred a few of my friends and they love it too.

Lets hope the weight stays off :)

:yaright: This wouldn't be :am: or advertising would it???

Giving you the benefit of the doubt, a friend of mine did a couple of weeks' trial on this type of diet (don't know if it was this exact one), and did like it. She'd been doing Lighter Life but became unable to cope with the whole liquid thing after a while, So going to back to portion-controlled real food did her the world of good, unsurprisingly.

HOWEVER. This is still a lot to spend on food, healthy eating is nothing you can't do yourself with a bit of forethought for a fraction of the cost.

Most of the diets I have tried come to over 10 a day by the time I have brought all the ingredients. I like this diet plan for the fact its hassle free, it may be the lazier option but what put me off previous diets is all the effort I had to go through the research, shop, prepare and cook the meals and in the end I didn't see no results.

It is good hearty food and is working for me so I am going to continue to diet with the Bodychef until i reach my target :)

13 a day!

You're having a giraffe, aren't you? You can eat healthily on a lot less than that - I don't spend much more than 100 for a week for 4 of us..... and I don't buy crap, by and large.

Healthy eating is not rocket science, but possibly may seem difficult at first, particularly if you are not "inclined" (ahem!) to make the "effort" to cook.

That is a lot of weight to lose in 2 weeks, although I believe the first loss would be due to losing water or something?

Can I ask, roughly how much you weigh to start with and how much you ideally want to lose?

So what is the diet, just boxed meals delivered to your door? (like meals on wheels lol )

Someone on WLR tried this recently. She said the food is delievered to your door in a box, which you can then put straight into the cupboard, it does not need refrigerating. Sounds like the "food" will be packed full of yummy preservatives to keep it "fresh". She also said you have to add your own fruit/vegetables to is so it made me question just what you get for the money.

Sounds like a big waste of cash to me, I'd rather go and buy myself a nice salmon fillet and eat it with fresh veggies than sit and eat some barely edible "soup" that you just add water to :yuck:
If you've lost your faith in love and music, the end won't be long...

I was really surprised losing that in two week :), they say you can lose 7 lbs in 1 week but that will be mainly water. When I weighed myself two and half weeks ago I was 147 lbs and I ideally want to be around 126 lbs.

I tried the diet after seeing a woman on YouTube who lost 9 lbs in her first week on the Bodychef Detox diet.

YouTube - One life Live

I think youre talking about another company

I received 2 chilled diet hampers full of fresh food with all my breakfasts, lunches, dinners, deserts, sides and condiments. Oh and a meal in the plan is fresh Salmon with veggies with a wedge of lemon :)

For about 5 times the price of what JAG, kateab and I would pay for the same thing!

At least it sounds like it's a step up from ready meals and nasty soups. But if you had any sense you'd cancel it now you know what you're supposed to be eating, and start buying the same sort of food for yourself for a fraction of the cost! :)

Its the same for any convenience food it will be a little more expensivethe food tastes great has no artificial colourings or flavours, just wholesome fresh food thats delivered to your door :)

Yesterday my menu was:

Breakfast: natural yoghurt with muesli, apricots & dates
Lunch: chicken wrap with mixed salad
Dinner: chili con carne with rice
Desert: apple & apricot crumble with cream

These are not little portions either mine is a 1600 calorie plan, I know what youre saying dammitjanet but I just want convenience and I know that sounds lazy but Im really enjoying the food, Im losing weight and for what a extra couple a day :)
