I'm on a diet, and I never know what to eat. Discovered these Citrus Bowls by Del Monte. They're sooo good. I'm a fan of the grapfruit, but they have other flavors. Anyway, they're good for you and pretty refreshing considering all the heat lately. Anybody else tried these? You can get a coupon if you're want one here: http://bit.ly/42t1Ne

I haven't seen them but they are not a good diet snack, no protien or fat, they probably won't satisfy your hungar pangs for long :-(

A good diet snack is a balanced one, including some protien.

I also don't see the point in paying to have fruit pre-prepared and put in a bowl, its not that much hassle to grab and apple or peel an orange/apple.

Also they may only be 60 calories a bowl but the potion is fairly small, and for the same weight in strawberries I would save just under 30 cals.

Never be fooled by diet or health foods, read the nutrional informaiton label first.
