Hello

I've just discovered a free website by Tesco that tracks your exercise, calories etc :D

It's basically similar to the diet websites you pay for, just without the meal and food suggestions.

You type in what you eat during the day plus exercise you have done and it will total the nutritional values. I know there's another site like this (weightlossresources) but as this one is English and you can choose food from different supermarkets in the UK..to me, it's a God send :D .. and it's freeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ..

https://www.tescotracker.com/

It has definately helped me so I thought I would share :)

Its good, but as a fan and user of Weight loss resources, I would say this has its limitations. One thing WLR has over this one is that it's not tied to one supermarket, Asda, Morrisons, Sainsburys etc are also on WLR, not just Tesco, which is good if you shop at more than one. I know WLR is pay per month, but I just find that there is more support on offer with them as there is a large forum, and I would guess that this tracker doesn't have it unless you upgrade to the full tesco diet program.

I do like the way they total everything up though, and if I stop using WLR, I'll probably go for this one.

It isn't just Tesco :)..Asda, Boots, Co-op, M&S, Morrisons, Restaurant and Take Away, Sainsbury's, Somerfield and Waitrose are all on it too. You can "Filter by Outlet" :) However I doubt it has everything and WLR may have heaps more variety..however I am too cheap to pay memberships :D

I've just signed up for this and its really good - really easy to use too. However, I was shocked by the figures from my diet yesterday - I thought I'd done reasonably well too! I guess it just goes to show how much rubbish some foods have in them!

Anyway, I do like the Tesco Healthy Living Tracker and would recommend it.
