Went to gym last night and had a fantastic workout. Every so often i have a session where I feel untouchable and had one last night. I haven't had such a good session since the summer; before i fell off the wagon so badly.

I often find i up my weights on one of these sessions and last night was no exception. Despite still having a sore bum from using the wii too much at the weekend, i managed to up weights on the leg press, back extension, and tricep pushdown. I also jogged instead of walked on the treadmill.

I'm aching a bit today but not half as much as i have in the recent past. I'm really enjoying it at the mo and long may it last. I think i may well have finally cracked it! :whoop:

but a couple of the machines.....actually the lateral press(?) one is so high up I have to jump up on the stool, catch the bars then swing down like a flipping monkey!

No, the seat is set, but it's no hardship really, it's just that I am a short arse!......I didn't mean to sound as if it annoyed me, I see other females doing it aswell. There are some quietly amusing moments in the gym, ya know whilst you're waiting between sets etc, helps to pass the time.............I like to think I am multi-tasking, as in getting a good stretch whilst reaching up for the bar....  ....not everyone can do that ya know.....

Last night I got on the stability ball to do crunches and leaned right over backwards to touch the floor behind me cos I just felt like it? and I rolled over and practically landed on the geezer next to me doing crunches for all he was worth!...   ...his face was a picture I can tell you......I blame that on my shortness aswell cos I totally overbalanced when my legs left the floor and the ball took off on its own...tee hee...ya know, it happens right?.....x

I had a really good spinning class last night even though I had a crappy bike, it was really stiff, although that may not be such a bad thing as it made me work even harder!

I had a big weights session last night but no aches today, so I'm not sure how effective it was... maybe it's time to up some. :cmdunno:

Ok, no official exercise today, but I did walk it back from the shops (almost 2 miles) with two heavy shopping bags so I'm counting that!

Really surprised that I didn't get out of puff and felt I could walk a lot faster and bigger strides that I could this time two weeks ago!! Result!!

Went to swimming and yoga: could swim twice as long as the previous time (when I started)! But it seems like the only style I can manage is breaststroke :cmdunno:

I was a bit worried that I would end up being exhausted and it might not be good for my office life, but I'm feeling very calm and relaxed so it seems to be quite OK :D

My body fat did not quite change, but it's still in early days so I would not worry too much - and my skin looks much, much better now!
