Didn't do any serious exercise over the weekend as i was still aching from my gym sessions on tuesday and thursday which were my first for 3 weeks, and before that i was only going once a week. I spent a good chunk of the weekend playing on the wii and strangely my arse and legs are aching from it. I've uncovered the exercise bike that was becoming a clothes horse and intend to use it tonight, then go to the gym tuesday and thursday this week.

Had a good session at the gym yesterday, I'm trying to build up my running, both in speed and time and so far so good.

I'm really starting to feel the benefits now, I've got a pretty clean diet usually anyway, but I've cleaned it up even more and am cutting out alcohol for the time being and I feel great! Hopefully I'll start to notice the inch loss soon too :)

oh my god my legs and sides ache today! I think I will stick to upper body work and then Im planning to swim and bike tomorrow...I want to make use of the turbo trainer Mr VA got me for Christmas!

I finally made it to the gym which was busier than normal but thankfully most people seem to be sticking to the cardio machines. Did full body weights, tried to take it easy but I'm aching already. Tomorrow will be bad :boohoo:

Pushed for time today so had a brisk walk part of my work journey today which is about a mile and a half all in.

Starting work late tomorrow so gym at 8 tomorrow...finally gonna get a run through with the trainer.
`I'm gonna be another Marylin, bleach my hair and get real thin. 
Everybody's gonna wanna dance with me...

After tumbling spectacularly off the exercise wagon last year, I'm back with a vengeance :)

Last Wednesday
15 min cycle
15 min cross trainer
20 min Nautilus
5 mins Power Plates
plus stretches etc

Friday
Weights session

Today
15 min cycle
20 min cross trainer
20 min Nautilus
5 mins Power Plates
plus stretches etc

Hoping to get a longer session in tomorrow night and sign up for some classes too :D

Ok, childcare for this morning has fell through so instead of hitting the gym, I've just done an ancient aerobics dvd.

Hey there all,

Last night I had boxing class but went early to the gym to do a bit of treadmill work, intended to just have a little warm up but had such a crappy day at work I ran my legs off in pure anger....by the time I got to the class I was fairly purple in the face! however, I managed the class and had a bath with loads of muscle stuff in it when I got home...
I seem to be in a strange place in my head this week, I'm working out like the worlds gonna end or something!....I guess I will be heading for aslump towards the end of the week and won't be able to move for muscle stiffness....does anyone get that sometimes when you know you've done enough, but you just can't stop? for whatever reason?

Perhaps it's just me and my crappy week....oh well, better than punching someone hey?

I've got my weights session tonight, which I love above anything else...and I am taking the advice about the stomach exc. and have refined and got more in control of my tum when I'm doing them so should see some progress at some point!...haha
