60 minutes of cardio tonight - 30 minutes reading on treadmill and 30 on the crosstrainer. Was going to do weights too but was hungry and it's Friday night so I let myself off! Rest day tomorrow, really hoping to go for an outside run on Sunday. Although it's nowhere near -14 like it is for you MissDem so I don't really have much of an excuse in comparison!!

I just did a bit of strength training today as I was so shocked by the fact that my arms were so weak when I was swimming!

I going to brave a bike ride tomorrow!

Good luck! The forecast is looking a tad unpleasant for here tomorrow but I am determined I am getting out for a run in the morning. :fingers: we both get decent weather for it!

Out on the water this morning (rowing) did an hour of pressure pyramids (basically on and off HARD work). Body. Aching.:D

Yesterday I went to the gym, swam about 40 min with mini breaks (legs hurt today), then yoga class for 60 min. Feels very good! Tomorrow I am going back for more swimming and pilates this time :D

Horrific weather here today so had to go to the gym in the end as running outside not an option. Did 60 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the crosstrainer. Was really busy this morning for a Sunday, obviously lots of new years resolutions being kept!

ok I went running today instead of cycling as I was getting worried that O havent run for a month. Argh well I ran for 3 miles and did it in 25 mins and 30 secs but there is no way i could have gone on so my stamina has slipped massively!!!!

I am going to have to put in some serious hours next week otherwise Im never going to get round the duathlon which is in 4 bloody weeks!! :faint:

Hours worth of cardio today. Really pushed for time so could only fit the hour in so no weights.

Thighs, bums n tums tomorrow.
`I'm gonna be another Marylin, bleach my hair and get real thin.

Saturday was my day off.....Sunday morning, out for a run about 6ish, I think I did about 3 miles roughly, not fast tho'...then to the gym for a hard workout with a bodybuilder lady, she pushed me very hard which was great but boy oh boy am I hurting today.......I had a sauna afterwards tho' and was so knackered I practically fell asleep on the bench.....I feel good tho' but ya know?...just don't ask me to move!!!!:lol:

Acutally I'm a bit glum about the lady BB cos she met a bloke over xmas and is moving away to be with him......pah.......but it was good to have someone to train with for a short while, and she showed me that I can push myself much more than I thought I could so that's my silver lining.........have a great day everyone....I have boxing tonight...if i can manage it....
