-1 hr cardio (treadmill, cycling, rowing machine, cross trainer) - weights routine (felt out of depth as I havent done them for ages and the place was full of boys.) Forgot that I'd arranged to go power walking this afternoon with my friend so after coming back from the gym had a 45 power walk to endure. Me legs are like jelly. :faint:
