Sudocrem rocks, but I agree it is too heavy for my skin-clogs it up and a week later MORE spots appear. I've been using Boots Witch Hazel Gel on my spot ridden chin for the last couple of months and it has been bloody marvellous! It's not oil based but it doesn't dry the skin out (I also have sensitive skin) If you're interested it's this one http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=865590&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051
