Another day, another designer suing another designer for copying their products.
Last week it was Balenciaga taking Steve Madden to court for allegedly copying their Motorcycle handbag.
In the ring this time, Karl Lagerfeld vs. New Balance. What's the gripe? Well New Balance are accusing Karl of copying their classic trainers.
You know, the ones with the 'N' logo on them. They think Karl's 'K' trainers, from his Karl Lagerfeld brand, are a little too similar.
The lawsuit was filed by claim this creates "confusion" for their customers.
We have to admit we are pretty confused by the similarities.
