Michael Kors is well-known for his classic, wearable designs, loved by women all over the world. So perhaps that explains his catwalk choices, which always feature models of various ethnicities and ages.

At a time when racial diversity has been a hot-topic on and off the runway, the fashion designer revealed his views to Vogue.co.uk, explaining why he favours a multi-cultural approach:

"I don't like it when the models all look the same. To me it's so incredibly boring to turn them into mannequins, it's so much more interesting if we have different ages, ethnicities, body types, heights".

His passion for diversity certainly showed in his SS14 collection, for which models of all different origins walked the catwalks, with ages ranging from 19 to 34 years-old.

You go, Michael! What are your views on the diversity debate?
