What is it & how can you get involved?
Retail partners of the campaign including M&S, River Island, Warehouse, Topshop, Laura Ashley, Debenhams and Superga, have all designed special clothing and accessory collections, with at least 30% of profit going straight to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
Priced from £2 to £85, the collection features summer dresses, swimwear and even lip balms, so everyone can involved and #wearyoursupport.
"I'm taking part in this year's campaign in memory of my friend Narcisse," says Emeli Sandé. "Wear your support and help make a difference in the fight against this terrible disease."
The Fashion Targets Breast Cancer collections go on sale today - get ready to shop at fashiontargetsbreastcancer.org.uk.
