Go Black & White
When even Erdem Moralioglu is swapping swirls of colour for a monochrome palette, you know it's a thing. Louis Vuitton owned black and white with the oversized check last year, but 2014's take is a lot more free and ethereal. Play with loose shapes, wispy layers and don't be afraid to put black on black.

Keep the Pink Coat
When it comes to colour in 2014 pink is back again. Be it fuchsia, Mediterranean jewel shades or blushing pastel hues, keep shapes chic to nail the trend.

Whether it's down to Kate Middleton or the 90s revival, clutch bags are back in fashion. Forget playing it safe though, 2014 is all about the statement clutch. Bold colours, quirky slogans, boxy shapes, embellished works of art - feel free to go crazy.
