The winners of Entrepreneur of the Year, Entrepreneur with a Conscience, Handbags & Gladrags and Pioneer categories will not only receive some great exposure on the handbag.com website but will also benefit from a personal mentoring session from one of the successful entrepreneurs below. The mentors will be matched up with the relevant winners, giving them invaluable business advice based on their own experiences, business connections and areas of expertise. Mentors include:

Sam Conniff and Michelle Clothier
The co-founders of Livity, a socially responsible youth marketing agency, that works with big brands to deliver social marketing messages. Sam also co-founded Don't Panic, a thriving flyer distribution service, and is a Social Enterprise Ambassador promoting responsible business practices around the world. Michelle's previous successes include helping J & J to win Skincare brand of the year and stimulating the first significant uplift of sales for Heat magazine, leading to its transformation into a market-leader. It is this varied experience which will enable them to provide sound and helpful advice to the winner.

Margaret Heffernan
Well-established chief executive, entrepreneur and author, Margaret has had an extensive career and has set up several successful businesses in a variety of sectors. Through her work she has subsequently been named one of the "Internet's Top 100" by Silicon Alley Reporter in 1999, one of the "Top 25" by Streaming Media magazine and one of the "Top 100 Media Executives" by The Hollywood Reporter in 2000. Margaret has gone on to write business books, her most recent being How She Does It about the rise and rise of female business owners. She was recently featured on Channel 4's The Secret Millionaire and presented Radio 4's Changing Rules.

Emma Jones

Her second venture, Enterprise Nation, was launched in January 2006 from her spare room. The website, designed to offer advice on running your business from home, is the largest of its kind in the UK with a monthly readership of more than 40,000. Emma is regularly called upon by the Government to speak on the subject of home business and she advises Regional Development Agencies on how to encourage and support homeworking.  The winner will also receive a signed copy of Emma's new book Spare Room Start Up, an inspiring book which offers practical advice for budding entrepreneurs wishing to start a business from home.
