The most common type of orgasm, these result from directly stimulating the clitoris and surrounding tissue. Many sex therapists argue vehemently that all orgasms are generated via the clitoris. If she achieves orgasm through penetration only, it\'s because the thrusts of the penis are pulling the labia, which in turn stimulate the clitoris. Another theory is that women who orgasm with penetration only tend to have larger clitorises that are positioned high in the vagina, so are more easily stimulated in this way.

G-spot orgasms
The experts are pretty much agreed that women who orgasm vaginally are experiencing stimulation of the anterior (front) vaginal wall, home of the infamous G-spot and A-spot and let\'s just accept the whole of the front vaginal wall is super-sensitive, rather than argue over letters, shall we? (I\'ll call it G-spot thought, just because it\'s easier and shorter than "anterior vaginal wall"). The majority of women who expel fluid do so during G-spot orgasms. Up your chances during missionary by tilting your pelvis upwards, so your vulva presses flat against his pelvic bone. Pop two pillows under your bum to angle the pelvis even further.

A combination of clitoral and G-spot orgasm, these are usually achieved by stimulating the clitoris with his hand during penetration particularly angled towards the front vaginal wall.
Active orgasms

Active orgasms
Just before orgasm, bear down during intercourse, pushing the same muscles you\'d use if you were trying to push him out of your vagina. The laws of physics then work their magic and what actually happens is the opposite: it pushes down on the penis, which squeezes it up. The result: a longer, deeper G-spot orgasm.
Multiple orgasms

It seems that the trick to having multiples is to keep stimulation varied and not to over-stimulate any one area. The minute you\'ve orgasmed from clitoral stimulation, remove his penis/tongue/fingers and immediately get him to stimulate your breasts, neck, lips, etc. This will keep you highly stimulated but not uncomfortably so. The latter may be the case if he continues to stimulate your clitoris.

Sequential orgasms
These are what lots of people think of as multiple orgasms - more than one orgasm in one session of sex. In fact a true multiple orgasm continues in one long orgasmic wave of pleasure. The easiest way to experience one, again, is to switch stimulation lots: move from oral sex to intercourse and then back again to oral. Get him to stimulate different parts of your body so that you don\'t know where the next sensation is going to come from. Give lots of feedback on how it\'s all feeling, either verbally or through body language, to determine how fast he takes it, which areas you most like stimulated, and how quickly he moves between them.
