More tea vicar?
Getting bored with another round of Christmas drinks? For a Saturday or a Sunday afternoon with a difference, head over to Volupte, a dinner, drinks and burlesque club in Chancery Lane, near the City of London.
Their latest event, named Voluptea, combines a fine British tradition – afternoon tea (albeit a slightly boozier version than normal) with a somewhat less traditional British activity – burlesque. With acts including Gateaux Vivants and Ginger Blush performing with nothing bit a few well placed cakes to cover their modesty, this is definitely our hot tip for a Christmas get together with a difference (in fact, Team Handbag paid them a visit for our Christmas party, and it was fab!).
