Sweets and chocolate
Just about every major food group. You are determined to exist on air and water

Depends which diet you are following at the time
If you're trying to fit into your LBD you go cold turkey
One or two glasses of wine two or three times a week
As many vodka and diet cokes as you can. If you're not eating you can afford to drink!

It's a week before your school reunion and you need to shape up fast. What do you do?
It's black coffee and laxatives all the way!
You manage to exist on fruit and salads for the whole week, but make sure you get seconds of everything at the reunion to make up for it
You skip breakfast and try to stick to salads, but get so hungry you end up raiding the biscuit tin
You realise a week isn't long enough to make a long-term difference so you shun sweets and do a couple of extra workouts at the gym
