Sherlock stud Benedict Cumberbatch officiated the civil ceremony of two of his male friends in Ibiza over the weekend.
A fellow guest posted some Facebook snaps of the picture perfect wedding on a cliff, showing the newly ordained 37-year-old actor marrying his two friends, Seth Cummings and Rob Rinder.
'It's a very private, lovely thing to be asked to do,' the Sherlock hunk told The Sun.
'Of course I'm going to make a joke after it if it goes well - 'I do weddings. Next will be children's parties and bat mitzvahs'...It's a mainly Jewish and gay audience so hopefully they will be lenient towards me,' joked the Star Trek star.
It rounds off quite a week for the actor as he also celebrated his 37th birthday and was nominated for a Emmy for his role in the BBC's Parade's End.
'My friend doesn't even know this. I've been so busy trying to get luggage from one airport to another, I haven't even gotten around to telling him. I managed to tell my mum and dad, who are over the moon,' he said of his nomination.
But if all of this has left you screaming 'what about Sherlock dagnabbit?' Then simmer down, it's coming.
Cumberbatch said he was just taking a break between filming the second and third episodes of the hotly anticipated new detective series to do the wedding gig for his pals.
'I just got the script [for the third episode] and it's another early birthday present, because it is amazing. I don't want to hype it too much because we haven't made it yet but what a script!' he said.
'We're on Sherlock for four weeks into early September. So it's a good time. It's a very, very exciting time to be me. I'm really lucky.'
See, we told you it was on it's way.
He also let slip that this won't be the last time we see him reprise the role, 'We've agreed to two more series but I could get into trouble for saying that,' he added.
No-one could stay mad at you Benedict.
