British workers are getting their Christmas shopping done from the comfort of their desk as people are spending one hour a day shopping online.
The average employee will waste an hour of office time researching and buying pressies for their friends and family.
Two thirds of people polled revealed they use online shopping as an escape from their daily tasks, while 39% of them are convinced their boss knows the score.
Four in ten workers admitted they don't have the time to do the shopping any other way, whilst a third of people blamed long working days for the inability to get on top of their gift buying.
The research by the Daisy Group also revealed a third of us are turning to our colleagues for advice on what to buy their relatives.
