Forget a veil and try a flower headpiece like Millie Mackintosh instead...

If you want to wear something other than a veil at your wedding, take inspiration from Millie Mackintosh and try a floral hair garland.

The reality star posted a series of pictures on Twitter and Instagram from a photo shoot for her website with various pretty posies in her hair.

She was also wearing a series of white dresses in the pics...cough cough...maybe Professor Green should take the hint!

Along with the white ones, Millie posted one of a cute pink garland, saying, "This is my favourite photo from my website shoot, just editing the photos, changes up soon!"

We reckon this smaller one would be a perfect bridesmaid look.

It is such a pretty bridal idea, especially if you have lovely tumbling waves like Millie.

Whilst real flowers will look and smell divine in the morning, they might be a bit worse for wear by your reception - especially with all the over zealous hugging brides have to endure.
