Lie with your legs together and turned to one side then perform a standard crunch. Repeat each side for one minute.

Lie on your right side with your right elbow lose to the body and palm flat at a 90 degree angle to your body. Place your right hand on the floor in front of you and push your body up from the floor so that your body is only resting on your right elbow and feet. Take your left hand off the floor and take about your head and lift your waist upwards this is your start position. From here dip your lower hip to the floor and up again only a small movement. Repeat both sides for one minute.

Lying on your back with your arms down by your side raise your legs straight up to the ceiling. Using your stomach muscles pull in and raise your bottom off the floor and push legs up. Repeat for one minute.
