These are a few of my favourite things. Actually not a few, just two - Pimms and cake. And thanks to the baking wizards at LOLA's Kitchen I can now enjoy my two favourite things in one yummy indulgence. LOLA's have taken their signature vanilla sponge and added a generous splash of that summer must-have - Pimms No1, then they've smothered the cake with fruity Pimms butter cream and topped the naughty but nice creation off with fresh raspberries and a juicy lime wedge, well that could almost count as one of your five a day too!

What's better than a bar of chocolate? A slab of chocolate, that's what. And we're not just talking about any old slab of chocolate here, oh no. The chocolatiers at Hotel Chocolat have gone that extra mile once again and mixed up a great hunking slab of Eton Mess chocolate. Made with artistic swirls of strawberry and white chocolate poured onto a bed of chocolate cookies and topped off with crispy meringue this slab looks almost too good to eat. Almost.
