Smoothie recipes

Very Berry Boost

Ingredients
- 50g raspberries
- 25g blueberries
- 75g strawberries, hulled
- 150ml pomegranate juice

Put all the ingredients into the Smoothie 2GO, attach the blade unit, and then fit onto the power base. Blend until smooth. Either add a few ice cubes to the machine or serve with a spoonful of crushed ice.

Spring Clean

Ingredients
- 200ml cranberry juice
- 50g raw cranberries, fresh or frozen
- A handful of raspberries or cherries
- 4 ready-to-eat dried apricots
- 2 ready-to-eat dried prunes
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt

Put all the ingredients into the Smoothie 2GO, attach the blade unit. Fit onto the power base and blend until smooth.

Tropical Start

Ingredients
- 125g fresh pineapple pieces
- ½ medium mango
- 1 passion fruit
- ½ banana
- 4 tbsp live yogurt
- 100ml orange juice

Put the pineapple pieces into the Smoothie 2GO. Peel and cut the mango into chunks, add to the jug. Halve the passion fruit and scoop the pulp into the jug. Add the banana, yogurt and orange juice then attach the blade unit. Fit onto the power base and blend until smooth.

Melon and Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 125g chunks cantaloupe melon
- ½ mango
- 4 ready to eat dried apricot
- 100ml soya milk

Put the prepared melon into the Smoothie 2GO. Peel the mango and cut into chunks, add to the jug with the apricots and milk, then blend until smooth.

Strawberry Sunrise Vitamin Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients
- 150g strawberries, hulled
- 1 medium pear
- 4 tbsp plain live yogurt
- 75ml orange juice
- 1-2 tsp honey to taste

Halve the strawberries and put into the travel mug. Peel, core and roughly chop the pear, add to the mug with the yogurt and orange juice, add enough honey to sweeten then attach the blade unit. Fit onto the power base and blend.
