Try a little tummy TLC with Activia

When Activia approached handbag with a 14-day TLC tailored, interactive eating plan we were bloated with the excesses of the festive season and only too glad to hand over responsibility for our healthy eating to a willing volunteer.

To tailor the plan to my needs I first answered questions about my likes and dislikes before receiving my two week eating plan which included breakfasts like nutty branflakes with Activia Natural Pouring Yoghurt and apply and blackberry compote, and creamy apricot porridge with hazelnuts and Activia Fat Free Mango Yoghurt.
