The Subway Biggest Loser workout

If you're following ITV1's The Biggest Loser, you've probably already taken on board the nutrition and fitness tips from the show (unless you're sat there watching with a cup of tea and pack of Custard Creams, like some people we know...) Anyway, trainers Rob Edmonds and Charlotte Ord have created this special, easy to follow ' ‘anytime, anywhere’ workout and demonstrate just how to carry out the moves correctly in this handy video. Enjoy!
