Monday

1 slice multigrain bread, toasted and buttered

1oz slice boiled ham

Top tip: One of Mireille\'s best tips is that every single meal should be accompanied by a tall glass of water, especially at breakfast - this is the most important of all.  Remember that a French woman\'s week layout of meals will be filled with quality ingredients and variety, the key is to never get bored with our food choices.

 

Lunch

1 slice watermelon

Noncaloric beverage

 

Top tip: Try incorporating a refreshing summer soup into your diet as the water in soups keeps us hydrated in hot weather. 

 

Dinner

 

Grilled chicken with thyme

1 ear of corn on the cob

Green salad

1 glass white, rose, or red wine

Tuesday

½ cup muesli

½ cup milk

½ cup strawberries

Top tip: Mireille always suggests starting the morning with a breakfast of yogurt (with fresh fruit) and a slice of toast.

Tomato and mozzarella salad

1 slice country bread

1 cup cherries

Noncaloric beverage

 

Dinner

 

Snapper with almonds (mireilleguiliano.com)

3oz asparagus with 1 teaspoon olive oil

½ cup potatoes

1 cup mixed fruit salad

1 glass rose or red wine

 

Top tip: Mireille has many fish recipes that work nicely for dinner, and suggests fresh fruit or a sliver of high quality chocolate for dessert.
