So! Where to begin..... apart from trying to get my head around eating chocolate snack bars and drinking shakes that help you lose weight, it seems to be going well, I have stuck pretty much to the food plan, apart from yesterday when a Krispy Kreme donut managed to get itself to my desk, what could I do I had to get rid of the evidence immediately!
With the cold weather and the heat on the trains I was extremely sleepy on the train last night, and yes I think I had an open mouth moment. So was all the more proud of myself to have made it out for a 1.5mile jog, (the boyfriend did have something to do with this) but for the first bit of exercise this year I think it was good.
I have to say I felt quite good this morning and this seems to have lasted all day, I haven't had the afternoon slump so I am thinking swapping a quick sugar fix for a shake or a snack bar is having a positive effect.
Is it too soon to weigh myself?
