So it is the second week of the Challenge and I have noticed a change already after exercising. It feels weird to drink a shake as opposed to water but I definitely feel more toned than before and seem to have more definition on my tummy. Having the shake after a work-out also stops me eating a big meal which is something I would do often after exercising. You know the feeling that you have worked hard so you deserve a 'treat'. Maxitone Sculptress shakes are full of nutrients and are really tasty though so it feels like you are still getting that.
I have been following my meal plan and am really feeling like I have more energy and am putting more into my workouts which have included going for a run, badminton and resistance training at home (I followed the home workout on the exercise plan).
I tried the capsules too for a couple of days, but found them to be quite intense, I do drink a coffee in the morning sometimes but don't have much other caffeine so I would advise caution when taking the capsules if you do not currently have a lot of caffeine in your diet. They made me feel a little jittery.
I am still loving the chocolate bars as my snack in between meals. They taste so good and fill me up when I get hunger pangs - which I have noticed have become less frequent since I have been on the challenge.
Overall I am feeling pretty good and hope I can keep it up!
Week 3 next week and I plan to up my exercise quota and work that little bit harder and go for a few more runs. I have a few social events so a big test will be laying off the white wine!
