Maxitone Blog Marya Week 2

Sorry there was no blog post from me last week but I was away in Prague for the week!

A holiday is always a test on a new diet plan and normally I would 'take the week off' when I go away however this time I was determined to stick to the Maxitone plan as much as possible and I am quite pleased with myself. I'm not saying I 100% stuck to the meal plans but I definitely made healthier food choices throughout the week. I also made sure that I walked everywhere and didn't do my usual thing of getting into the nearest waiting taxi!

This is definitely one of the easiest diet plans to when away. The tablets and bars can easily fit into your suitcase (I have to say I didn't attempt to pack the shakes!) and you can pretty much follow the plan when away. I did slip a few times when the dessert menu came round and as we stayed in hotel/brewery it would have been rude not to sample the local beer.

This week it's all about the exercise as other than walking I didn't do much last week. I’m also going to step on the scales this week. My clothes are starting to feel a bit looser so I’m hoping I have also started to lose a few pounds as well.
