Errol Douglas nominated for British Hairdresser of the Year

Celebrity hairstylist Errol Douglas MBE is nominated for British Hairdresser of the Year 2009 in the British Hairdressing Awards.

One of handbag.com's favourite stylists, this is Errol's thirteenth nomination for the award, marking an unprecedented run at the top of the industry. The eight highly talented finalists were nominated by a specially selected group of industry experts, beauty journalists and international trade press.

Errol is known for his passion and commitment to hairdressing and the industry - an obsession with fashion keeps him ahead of the game for trends while his dedication to training and charity work has earned him the respect of his peers and an MBE. Errol is the UK Ambassador for UNICEF's Hairdressers Against AIDS and our sister brand Cosmopolitan's Ultimate Man of the Year.
 
On learning of his nomination, Errol said, "This time round, especially being nominated 13 times, I'm numb with excitement! Every time I get the nomination I'm nervous and it's always overwhelming to hear I'm through. I can't wait to start on my photoshoot..."
