Brunette
The colour most people turn to when they want to warm up their colour for winter, this season’s browns are set for a tonal turnaround according to the first lady of colour and salon owner, Jo Hansford. “We are seeing cool brunettes for this autumn/winter – think femme fatale meets goth. Pale skinned or olive skinned people are best suited to these cool, dark browns – if you are pale and have light hair you will look incredibly washed out - and people with warm skin tones should avoid any red browns and chestnut red hair colours as this will make the skin tone look pink.”
