British Hairdresser Of The Year nominee Errol Douglas styled Mercury Prize winner Speech Debelle's hair. The south London rapper delighted her fans by winning the prestigious Mercury Music Prize for best British album of the year for her debut album Speech Therapy. The 26-year-old who always wanted super-talented Errol to style her hair was thrilled when he offered his services.

After an initial consultation at his salon on Saturday he spent all day and evening styling and touching up her suitably fashion-forward hairstyle. Speech Debelle comes from a notoriously challenging background while Errol himself is a London boy done good with his own rags to riches tale seeing him grow up in Hackney before opening his own Knightsbridge salon, proving dreams really do come true.
