Celebrity hairstylist Liz Taw teaches us how to achieve a straight-off-the-catwalk look with a few easy steps and Aussie hair products.

Curls and waves are big news on the catwalk and they’re so easy to achieve at home with heated styling tools and heat protection products, but Aussie haircare have a new trick involving aluminium foil! Here, celebrity hairstylist Liz Taw – the woman responsible for the hairstyles of Eliza Doolittle, Take That and Russell Brand among many others - gives us an easy step-by-step guide to achieving catwalk perfect hair.

When using any kind of heated styling tool, you need to protect your hair so prepare by shampooing and conditioning with Aussie’s Limited Edition Take The Heat range, from £3.49, before combing through Aussome Volume and Conditioning Mousse, £4.49, and roughly blow-drying. If your hair is really fine or poker straight, you might also want to use tongs or heated rollers to add volume.
