Hairdressers nominated by the general public (or by themselves) will go on to compete against each other in the Head & Shoulder's Nation's Favourite Hairdresser Awards which will be judged by a high profile panel including celebrity stylist Melissa Brown and her long term client; model and TV presenter Emma Willis as well as other beauty experts. The judging panel will choose their favourite hairdresser for each region before the nation votes for their top hairdresser. Finalists will then go head-to-head in a cut-off and judging session in London 22 April before the winner and the client who nominated them is announced. The triumphant client and hairdresser duo will win a £2,000 cash prize along with money-can't-buy celebrity status!
The Awards celebrate not only styling skills but fundamentally, the great relationship between client and hairdresser. If a hairdresser makes someone look and feel irresistible every time they leave the salon, they should be nominated on www.headandshoulders.co.uk.
The winning hairdresser will receive £2,000, local PR for their salon, a trophy as well as a year's supply of head&shoulders Smooth & Silky shampoo and conditioner. The winning client will receive £2,000 and a years supply of Smooth & Silky. Eight runner up hairdressers will each receive a trophy and a goodie bag, while each client who nominated them will be entered into a prize draw to win six months of free haircuts worth £500.
