Despite being a newcomer to the red carpet, 14 year old Hailee Steinfeld continues to woo us by working the awards season like a pro. Her hair at the Oscars was beautifully nostalgic - reminiscent of a ballerina – and so totally now (this was the look many designers went for on the autumn winter 11 catwalks). Swept up in a soft chignon it is neither too old nor too young. The jewelled head band finishes it off nicely.
