Katy Perry, famed for her crazy outfits, bold make-up and of-the-moment hairstyles wore a bright blue wig at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards while Rihanna has gone for a shorter bowl cut (why Rihanna...why?) bright red hairstyle for the last leg of her European tour.
