Matthew will take you through several steps over a 1hr 15min consultation period to ascertain the perfect style to fit in with your lifestyle and we're not just talking about a few lowlights and a bob here, oh no, after much questioning, probing and searching, Michael will come up with the most flattering hair cut of your life.

The consultation will involve having your scalp and hair strands examined on a specially-designed Kerastase camera, a brief personality test and a long chat with Matthew who will then give you his prognosis all jotted down on cards which you can take away and keep as a reminder of how to keep your hair looking immaculate. The session also includes a blow-dry masterclass so you can perfect your look at home. Matthew's recommendations will then be passed on to a stylist and you can relax, safe in the knowledge that you won't be paying through the nose for a cut that makes you look like your aunt Mildred.
