French pleats look fantastic but can leave even the biggest hair pro quaking in their boots. Intricate, detailed and time consuming all spring to mind when we think of this famous style, however the Charles Worthington team have come up with an easy way to achieve the look, with the help of three well placed ponytails.

Taking inspiration from the autumn/winter '09 catwalk shows such as Nathan Jenden, celebrity stylist Andrew John shows us how to easily create a glamorous French pleat in a few easy steps.
