No need to spend hundreds of pounds on gym memberships, yoga classes or bootcamps anymore. Nike offer numerous classes, targeted at all abilities, designed to make group exercise accessible to everyone.
And there's no hard-sell on the Nike kit beforehand, although it's really hard to resist a new purchase every once in a while.
Nike Training Club
Known to those in the know as NTC - these classes offer a different full body workout each week. Many are held in-store or in local parks and are usually a mix of cardio and body weight exercises.
Not for the faint hearted - the trainers push you as hard as you can to be pushed; expect to feel the DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) the next day.

Nike Run Club
These are well organised runs split into beginners, intermediate and advanced levels with a number of pacers in each group.
You will definitely push yourself further and faster than you would on a solo run. Whether it's a sprint session in the intermediate group, hill work for the advanced, or your longest run to date in the beginners group, there is something for all abilities.
Oh and sometimes there are brownies at the end (this actually only happened once and it's all we think about during each run now.)

Nike Train to Run
Similar to NTC, these outdoor bootcamps are targeted at runners looking to improve their strength, flexibility and general fitness.
Partner work encourages friendships between participants, especially when your newly met partner is doing burpees over you. Expect a lot of squats, lunges, planks and many other moves that will have you groaning. A word of warning, those not in a 'holding pattern' will be given squat jumps as punishment. Oh but it's more fun than it sounds.

Not the most 'om' experience practising yoga on the Nike shop floor, but training with a world-class yoga instructor, for free, isn't something that gets offered every day.
Created by Leah Kim, and designed for all levels, she ensures that everyone will get a kick (or stretch) out of this class, whether you're a first timer, or an experienced yogi. Competition to get a place is tough, so make sure you sign up early.
